Thank you in advance for returning  your regalia on time.  We dont like to, but we will charge late fees for late return of regalia.  Please return your regalia on time to: Academic Dress Hire,35 The Strand, Parnell during the following hours:


Monday 2nd August 2010            8:30am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday 3rd August 2010            8:30am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday 4th August 2010       8:30am - 5:00 pm


Regalia must be returned by 5pm on Wednesday 4th August 2010 otherwise late fees will be charged at the total paid on the invoice per day.  If the regalia is not returned by Wednesday 4th August 2010 the Hirer will be invoiced for replacement costs.  If regalia is still not returned or replacement costs or the late fees not paid the matter will be placed in the hands of a Debt Collection Agency.  You will also be liable for the cost of recovering the debt.  

Pushed for time?  Consider sending your regalia back by courier - make sure you include some documentation to confirm its your order to avoid  late fees.
