DELIVERY - recommend to eliminate queues and parking issues.

Your order will be packed and couriered on an overnight courier at least 1 week prior to the date of your ceremony.  Tracking number will be sent once your order has been picked up by the courier.

COLLECT-Please see below and your invoice for dates and times for pickup.

Please allow plenty of time due to potential queues and parking issues.

Faculty Arts, Faculty of Education & Social Work, Faculty Creative Arts & Industries Tuesday 13 May:
Wednesday 7 May 9.00am - 6.00pm
Thursday 8 May 9.00am - 6.00pm
For those arriving in Auckland on day of graduation
Tuesday 13 May		 9.00am - 6.00pm


Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Medical & Health Science Wednesday 14:
Friday 9 May 9.00am - 6.00pm
Monday 12 May 9.00am - 6.00pm
For those arriving in Auckland on day of graduation

RETURNS - within 48 hours of your ceremony
Please include your invoice number and full name

All hired regalia is due back within 48 hours of your ceremony.
Please return on time and in good condition to avoid late fees and/or replacement or repair cost.

Via courier (recommended)
If you have a prepaid return ticket, drop off at your nearest NZ Post shop or use link to book a pickup with NZ Post, within 48 hours of your ceremony.
